FRIDAY, JULY 18

Manx Northern - This special train departs at 09.00 from Douglas to Port Erin, and returns at 11.30 Port Erin to Douglas, crossing service trains at Colby outward and Santon return. Photo stops at stations en-route. Train comprised of MNR Locomotive Caledonia, MNR Foxdale brake coach F39 and MNR Goods Van G12. Very limited capacity - special tickets only.
Special fare: Adult £15.00 (only available from the Welcome Centre)

Ramsey Renaissance - Ride the ‘reopening tram’ to mark the return of the full service. Depart Derby Castle 14.00, returning from Ramsey 16.15. Limited to tram and trailer capacity.
Special fare: Adult £10.00 (only available from the Welcome Centre)

Snaefell Sunset - Special evening tram from Laxey to Snaefell Summit at 20.00, arriving back by 22.00, including a unique visit to the original 1895 SMR Laxey Station site (now a branch line to the Snaefell Tram Depot) en route, with time to enjoy refreshments at Summit station (refreshments are not included in the price)
Special fare: Adult £8.00 from Laxey (only available from the Welcome Centre)
Connecting tram from Derby Castle at 19.20, returning from Laxey at 22.00. Inclusive fare: Adult £10.00 Derby Castle to Snaefell and back. (only available from the Welcome Centre)

SATURDAY, JULY 19

Laxey – Ramsey line reopens, new timetable in operation.

Double Vision - 10.20 Douglas to Port Erin and 12.20 Port Erin to Douglas, service trains double-headed by No.15 Caledonia and ‘Centenarian’ Beyer-Peacock 2-4-0T, No.12 Hutchinson.
Usual fare applies and Explorer tickets are valid.

National Service - 14.40 Derby Castle to Ramsey and 16.20 Ramsey to Derby Castle services formed by Tram No.16 and Trailer No.60 in 1957 ‘Nationalised’ green livery.
Usual fare applies and Explorer tickets are valid.

Douglas or bust! - To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the closure of the Peel line, make a real rail night of it with this special evening train. Departs 18.30 Douglas to Port Erin and returns at 21.00 (non-stop) from Port Erin to Douglas. Formed by a train of matching carriages with an ‘unusual’ engine, very closely resembling the actual last train from Peel – complete with special headboard!
Usual fare applies and Explorer Tickets are valid.

SUNDAY, JULY 20

Caledonia - 10.20 Douglas to Port Erin and 12.20 Port Erin to Douglas service trains hauled by No.15 Caledonia.
Usual fare applies and Explorer tickets are valid.

The Dhoon Thing - IoMR version of ‘The Done Thing’ Tram trailer hauled by vintage Ruston diesel locomotive. Laxey to Dhoon & back: 12.25, 14.25 16.25. Return from Dhoon: 13.35, 15.35 17.35. The 17.35 from Dhoon continues to Derby Castle, leaving Laxey at 18.25.
Fare: Adult £5.00 Child £2.50

The Northern Lights - This promises to be an illuminating evening aboard this special illuminated tram. Departs 19.30 Derby Castle to Ramsey, returns 22.00, with refreshments included at Laxey station on the outward journey. Limited to tram capacity.
Special fare: Adult £10.00 (only available from the Welcome Centre)

MONDAY, JULY 21

National Service - 10.40 Derby Castle to Ramsey and 12.20 Ramsey to Derby Castle, services formed by Tram No.16 and Trailer No.60 in 1957 ‘Nationalised’ green livery.
Usual fare applies and Explorer tickets are valid.

East Coast Rail ‘n Cruise - Depart by special train at 11.20 from Douglas to Port Soderick, transfer to seafront. Cruise on MV ‘Karina’ along the east coast to Laxey, departs 12.15 and arrives at Laxey around 14.00. Transfer to Laxey tram station and choose to return by any service tram from Laxey to Derby Castle. Transfers are by minibus and the limited capacity available means priority will be given to less able passengers.
Special fare. £12.50, £7.50 for holders of Explorer Tickets. (only available from the Welcome Centre)
